The Asian Music Industry

I find my inspiration in odd places; thrift stores, my teachers, the Korean music industry... Hm... The last one more so. American Pop ain't cuttin' it for me so naturally I found my way around which incidentally led me to the Asian/Korean music business. It's fascinating to say the least!

Musical acts such as BoA, Utada, and 2NE1 crept their way into my iPod and are stuck on replay. Here are a few screen caps of 2NE1's "It Hurts" music video. It was released Halloween night which explains the TimBurton-esque look. I love this group. LOVE.

Oh hai!

Well, as I type this I have a pounding headache. And I mean POUNDING. I should really be either studying, sleeping, or finishing up demanding chores but instead I decided to chill and update this thing like I said I would.

I was very inspired today, which is something that's been lacking for quite some time now. With that said I expect that inspiration is here to stay and not just a sudden flare. I'll be damned if I become a one hit wonder.

With a clean slate, I decided to start small like I did when I first started taking pictures. Initially it was extremely hard to find subjects and actually put myself out there but as you'll eventually see I broke that mold.

I'm still working towards a new camera with much more megapixels and junk but I was once told that if I can shoot with a film camera, I can shoot with anything. I have shot with a film camera.

The Catalyst

     You may know by now that I am subject to reinvention. Another day, another lesson learned. I decided I'm gonna brush the dust off and start posting my latest and oldest pictures. A few pictures a day so that this blog isn't as blank as my mind is sometimes. Eh. Let the excessive posting begin.
